Teach Abroad China

Teach Abroad China is a cooperative effort where students have the ability to spend one week, one year, or longer in China teaching English to students. This organization is striving to bridge the gap between the United States and China, with the hope of eventually expanding to other countries. This project provided a challenge as we had to be aware of different cultural connotations for certain marks and colors and their meanings. We drew our inspiration for the mark directly from Chinese culture. Some of our inspiration included incredible bridges and Chinese knots, as well as conveying the idea of creating connections with new people while overseas.
